The Managed HIP package allows you to concentrate on the important part of your business: selling the property for your customer. With HIPs being a legal requirement for all sellers, we can compile the Home Information Pack for you and allow you to present a professionally bound HIP to your customer.
With a team of qualified inspectors (trained to industry recognised standards) and experienced staff able to handle all other aspects of the HIP, you can be assured of a high quality HIP which will no doubt aide in the prompt sale of your customers home.
We will deal with all aspects of the HIP: all you need to do is introduce the customer to us and we can do the rest. For this, you have the option to add your own commision when charging the customer and all aspects of the service can be branded with your company name and logo, if needed.
